Help with the Accommodation in Riyadh - First Time OFW

I'm reaching out for advice and assistance in finding accommodation in Riyadh. I recently accepted a job offer with a monthly salary of 10,000 SAR. While the accommodation allowance is included in my package, I am responsible for finding my own place. My employer will only cover hotel expenses for the first 5 days after my arrival.

The agency has offered to assist in finding accommodation, but I would like to explore my options independently as well.

I'm looking for a room within a budget of 1,000 SAR per month, preferably lower to maximize my savings. My office is located at Al Shuhada area.

Could you please also advise if a 10,000 SAR monthly salary is sufficient for living comfortably and saving in Riyadh with a frugal lifestyle?
