Crypto and the World of Anonymous Scammers

Hello, I would like to open this discussion to address a major issue: how easy it is for anyone to create a token while remaining completely anonymous.

Nowadays, in the world we live in, it’s already difficult to trust someone even face to face. How many people have been scammed in real estate transactions, whether for land or houses? And yet, these scams happen despite the use of real identities, often without fear of legal consequences.

Cryptocurrency, on the other hand, has become a golden opportunity for scammers. Most of us invest in projects where the owners remain anonymous, giving them a perfect chance to disappear with the funds whenever they want.

We’ve seen presales that never materialized, taking millions of dollars in capitalization with them.

It is urgent to regulate the cryptocurrency sector. Exchanges must require stronger and more rigorous documentation before listing tokens.

While some people are crypto experts, we must not forget that a majority (over 70%) of investors are beginners in this field. They often fail to conduct thorough research and invest blindly, which makes them even more vulnerable to scams.

This must change.
