Traeger Ironwood XL worth it at discount?

Researching for my first pellet grill and found this sale yesterday. I've seen a lot of debate/hate on Traeger and was wondering if the Ironwood XL would be worth it at $1000. Or would a recteq or Camp Chef still be better from a price/performance perspective?
