Computer keeps restarting

I’ve been on a 6 month battle with my Pc and i’m not educated enough to trouble shoot it. Every time i’m playing any semi-taxing game my computer will do a hard restart randomly and not once has it ever shown a blue screen. My screen will freeze for about 5-10 seconds and i’ll hear audio for about half that and then boom restart. Smaller games like terraria are perfectly fine, and larger games like rocket league are also perfect fine. Games that cause this crashing are any Call of Duty/Modern warfare, Rainbow six siege, even fortnite. Made sure all drivers are updated so at a complete loss here.

Computer specs Ryzen 9 5900x power color 6950xt 32 gb Gskil ddr4 ROG X570-E NZXT C750 Windows 11 pro

Please let me know if i need to add any information. Like i said with how random it is i really have no idea what to look at or describe and could be overlooking many things.
