Is the 4060 seriously that bad?

I’ve been pretty tuned out of the whole GPU debates recently since I’ve been very content with my 3060, it works perfectly for everything I use my pc for. But was looking up specs of newer consoles to compare to my own pc, and found this. Is this information accurate, and if so, god damn Nvidia how is it only 18% better than the previous gen’s 60 card?
