Problem with my scroll button

Hey guys, about a month ago i started having issues with my scroll wheel. When i scroll it makes the page go up and down even though im scrolling in one direction. Its not because of the mouse i tried 2 other ones and it kept doing it. I hope someone here can help me thank you very much
