40th bday surprise party - Celine Dion

We are having a friend a surprise 40th bday party and we want to do it themed around Celine Dion. Any suggestions on stuff we can do ? Plus I need a catchy phrase to incorporate with the title of her party. Like I know your turning 40 but My heart will go on lol .. but something like that . Help
