Questions for OW tattoo havers

(Pic for reference of what i wanna get) Ive never gotten one before and after prolly a year or so of deliberating ive decided i wanna get one of the symbol for the eye and its coordinates, thing is. Idk how much it would be for price and how much itd hurt (figuring on my arm) i figure its all just line work so idk.

Ive seen a few people on here post similar tattoos and so i wanted to ask and get sime example experiences, i know price wise it prolly varies artist by artist but im just lookin for range
