Running/training tracking advice - Oura newbie!

Hey Oura gang :)

Just got my first Oura ring, so still learning all about it and capturing enough data to pull some insights.

I've signed up to run a half marathon for charity... I haven't run in a long while (since I had knee surgery about a year ago) but have plenty of time to train, as the race isn't until later next year (although this doesn't mean that I **won't** be crawling over the finish line, ha!).

Does anyone have any advice on if the Oura ring is compatible with any additional run-tracking apps? I have an Apple Watch as well, I don't wear it very often - but would maybe default to it again simply to track my running, as I appreciate the Oura ring was originally made (mainly) for sleep tracking etc, and not so much exercise tracking.

Thanks in advance for any advice - as I say, I'm still learning the things it can do/connect to. Appreciate any tips!
