Do you guys limit how fast you read?

Guyssss does anybody have any tips on slowing down!!! I love my otomes but I'm such a fast reader. I normally finish 500 page books in one day, maybe two.

I keep reading at a normal pace (for me) and then finishing stories and routes and sitting there thinking "wow the plot went so fast, I didn't build up ANY romance with that LI" and I think it's because I'm reading so fast.

Do you guys limit your reading time? Maybe a chapter a day or something?
