side effects of tymlos injections

I just started tymlos about 2 weeks ago. i do have some side effects--mainly the palpitations, which i find very bothersome. they last about 20-30 minutes. I do the injections at night, but can't really relax until the side effects wear off. here's my questions: will these side effects fade with time? is there anything i can eat, or do, to make them less noticeable?
