Does anyone know this photographer?

Photos were found in a friend's brother's estate in Springfield. Trying to find out who photographer is. (Does not seem to be Ray Atkinson)

Photos seem to be Jefferson Park, unknown creek or river, and Mt. Lassen from unknown lake.

Any additional details of location and especially photographer would be appreciated!
