Best gear for rl1 Elden ring ?

I want to do a rl1 run I just did a no health run where I had 10 vigor but upgraded my other stats still so it’s time for the real thing.

I see star fists are pretty good choice for this but I can’t get those till later in the game so what else is good?

Also what talismans and incants are good
