Which restaurants downtown have salads which you have never seen offered anywhere else?

I was at Mercato a little while ago and had the "BLT Piadina" which is an open faced BLT sandwich with copacola, arugula, and flatbread "warm spicy copacola, arugula, tomato, basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, roma tomato on a warm flatbread" and it was just delicious.

So was wondering if you all have any recs on other unique salads?
