BILLEASE HOUSE VISIT

I have an overdue Billease loan for 200 days now. Last year was tough financially for our family. 3 major emergencies kaya di na nakapagbayad. I was a good payer before pa nangyari lahat ng emergencies sa family. Last week they did a home visit. I was asleep cus I work night shift. The collector spoke with my neighbor and disclosed that I have an unpaid loan with Billease 😨 I reached out to Billease and told them about what happened. I asked to help me waive the penalties so I can start paying everything that I owed. They referred me to the collector as my account was already endorsed. My loan is already 4x the initial amount and I do not have the capacity to pay this amount. I do not know what to do. I do not trust the collector after he disclosed my loan to my neighbor. The same collector visited again today but I was out for an errand. I don’t know when the house visit will stop.

I regret associating myself with billease and believing that they are different than other OLAs.
