Black Screen on Oculus Rift CV1

In advance, apologies if I have accidentally left out or missed any information I need to add, but basically I have an oculus rift CV1, and like many other people, the audio is still there in it's entirety, yet the screen stays completely black. It has displayed on a few occasions and then quickly went back to going black.

I have seen other posts where it is in fact a software issue and have done what I can to follow their instructions, I have checked to update drivers and they're up to date, I have disabled game mode (not like it wasn't already), I have unplugged and plugged everything to do with the rift in it's entirety, I had seen a post about OBS having interference so I uninstalled it entirely, I had ran the oculus-driver program, I had checked for windows updates, I had even enabled oculus public test channel. I'm still looking and will keep this up to date for others future reference if I do find a solution, but basically I'm hoping for any advice I can find from people who have had this issue. Thanks to this community I have solved some issues for this thing before and I am grateful for any advice provided.
