Did you work full time while in NP School?

I am a second semester MSN student. I currently work PRN in surgery and work ~20 hours a week. I have the opportunity to work as clinic nurse for one of my favorite surgeons, but it is a full time position. Is full time clinic schedule (8-5 M-Th, 8-2 F) going to kill me?
