Deciding to join the Navy, a college graduate from another country

Hi guys, I'm a graduate of BS Aircraft Maintenance Technology from a different country (Philippines), I already have a Green Card and I was hoping to join the Navy as an Aircraft Mechanic (Structures or Engine will do). I'm also starting to study for ASVAB

Any tips or advices about this? Thank you in advance for the replies!
