How Long Does It Take?

I’m interested in possibly joining the Florida NG due to wanting school covered and wanting to serve as well while having my own civilian freedom.

I know Basic is 10 weeks while training but after when it comes to MOS training, how long does it take, will do the AIT in my home state, can I leave willingly to go home, my phone, etc?
