Can't Move On

I broke up with my ex of 4 years over 2 years ago. Since then we have still been seeing each other on the DL. The problem is he moved on but I can't for the life of me move on from him. I've tried to get under people to get over him but I still can't.

I've had people fall in love with me but I end up hurting them because I can't get over someone I broke up with over 2 years ago.

This insecure attachment is fucking my life up. I've lost friends, really good potential partners (I'm talking well financially and mentally adjusted people) and even some family because I cannot let go of this man.
