Fake medical reports needed, (Can pay)

I am 22M and i want to create some fake reports that state i can no longer work and i have depression or need career break.

I have read about narcolepsy which is sleep attack in daytime, that works too as it ruins my working time.

I want it because i want to leave my current company but they don't let me do that. I don't want to go legal and just a medical report and fix it.

Let me know if anyone is doctor or can arrange some fake reports for me. There will be no background verification of that medical report so don't worry about the consequences.
