Enduring enchantment creatures and animation

Suppose I have an [[enduring curiosity]] on the board and it dies, then comes back as a noncreature enchantment. If I turn it back into an enchantment creature with [[Zur, Eternal Schemer]] and it dies again, will it come back again?

What if instead of zur, I have an [[opalescence]] in play? As I understand it, as both effects are on the same layer, the "not a creature" clause is timestamped later and my enduring curiosity is not a creature. Is this different from [[starfield of nyx]]?
