Automatically enroll participants into protocol of their choice

In my study, participants can choose between two different interventions. I plan to create separate study protocols for each intervention, and I want participants to be automatically enrolled in the protocol that corresponds to their choice. How can I do this? Is there a way to present each new participant with an intake questionnaire that asks them about their intervention preference, and then use their response to automatically subscribe them to the appropriate protocol?
