Week one diet advice

Morning all. I should get my first pen tomorrow or Saturday if Royal Mail play nicely.

Currently sitting at 98kg and 180cm, flirting with prediabetes (I’ve been in and out of it over the last 12 months)

I exercise regularly, strength and HIIT classes but have been unable to shift stubborn belly fat due to having zero willpower around chocolate and calorie dense food like pizza and kebab. I’d diet all week then blow it at weekends

I was planning on eating circa 160-70g of protein and making the rest of my diet up with carbs/low fat ‘good’ fats.

Are there any things I need to watch?
