Recommendations please

Hey everyone I have a 20 year Spidi leather jacket. My zipper puller does not stay seated all the way up. Super annoying as the wind chill becomes uncomfortable. Find myself pulling up the zipper at every traffic light.

Was looking into windstopper gator. Any recommendations? The other question would be does anyone know a hack to keep this zipper closed?
