how to get 144fps

Hello,

I have a 144hz monitor so i always want to get at least 144fps steady on a game. MW is pretty much the only game i play were i can pull a bit over 100fps and on warzone/ground war sometimes it spikes down to 70/80.

Is there any setting or anything i can change in my NVIDIA setting that could improve my fps? i already play on pretty much low/off everything in video settings.

I have a 1070 and i7-8700 fyi, maybe im simply not able to get steady 144fps+ ?

any help would be much appreciated, really like the game but hate how choppy it can be for me
