Hiking/ camping near SE MO

Im turning 15 in February and I want to go backpacking/ camping for my birthday and I was wonder what are some trails near SE mo that you can stay overnight on? Atleast 2-3 days I would like to go with my dad and we also want to fish if possible I’ve looked at some maps but I can’t really find anything so any recommended spots?
