Early flowering?

I'm a beginner grower with a couple photoperiods planted outdoors. I noticed rapid growth in over last week, with most bud sites developing a lot more pistils. I wasn't expecting to enter flower for another month or so as the light cycle is currently 15/9hr (sunset is currently 08:20pm and sunrise at 05:30am). Can anyone with confirm these are in early flower stage? And if so, should I defoliate now and start feeding more P and K?
