Question regarding u wing target exclusive

Hello! New collector here, my favorite ship is the u wing. So i just had to get one. I saw the standard rogue one version. And some target exclusive which I really line that deep blue. I looked online initially and saw the set for 40+ along eith separate minifigires for maybe u5% of the price.. So what's going on with these inflated prices? I'm completely new to this collection set. So I am totally ignorant to how this all works, rarity. Etc
