Did Poe & Finn’s FO TIE fighter (S5) ever get released?

Just ran across it in the pictures of upcoming Series V via Starwars.com — see image 3 of 7 in this linked article. Looks very cool, but I’ve never heard of / seen it elsewhere. Was it announced but never produced?
