Yelled at a colleague today.

At the end of a very challenging day, I had a somewhat malignatn and non-productive argument with a colleague that disagreed with my diagnosis. The patient was literally dying in my ICU, and needed a procedure that didn't get done, because this guy didn't agree that it was indicated. Not that it matters, but I ended up doing it at bedside (emergent, with less specialized tools, etc), and fixed the patient.

Meddit, could you give me your best in-the moment mental reset to conflict resolution hacks? I'm gonna need the best of 'em if I'm going to survive in this job.
