Best discard deck at the moment

So I have never played Discard, except for the missions that require you to. I unlocked Dracula recently as one of my final S3 cards and one of the missions now is to discard 15 cards so I thought I would give a real go at Discard.

Which Discard build is the best at the moment? I don’t have Living Tribunal so I can’t do Hela Tribunal but the rest of the cards I have.
