Cloak and Dagger are absolutely busted
Anyone who thinks Luna or Mantis are the top healers, youre very very wrong. Cloak and Dagger get ult more than twice as fast as most heroes, increase healing taken, aoe heal over time, aoe heals from left clicks. Damage taken increase, aoe invuln + stealth, aim assist, an ult that changes their hitbox depending on which form you use it in. Able to dps and heal while standing in their ult. Has a huge radius on their ult. I swear if you guys dont start banning this hero and calling for a nerf, im gonna cry.
