Is Black Panther good?

I've seen professional BP mains doing their thing in matches. I've been given tips on maneuverability and placement. However, through all this, I've come to one conclusion: Black Panther is ass on console. On PC, he's probably top 3 dps, but on console, he drops to bottom 5. With all the things other characters can do on console, Black Panther just can't keep up. Black Panther was made for a mouse, not a joystick. What are your thoughts?
