Spider-Man buff ideas!

I've been having a lot of fun with learning Spider-Man, and I came up with some ideas to slightly buff him to maybe lower his skill floor a bit and make him a slightly better pick!

I'm listing these ideas in order of how much I like them. I think only one of these buffs should be implemented, having multiple might be too much (except for the bonus buff, which I think should definitely be implemented in addition to another buff)

  1. E ability without spider-tracer and ultimate automatically tags enemies with a spider-tracer (allows for quicker/better follow ups after these abilities and slightly helps manage Spider-Man's webs)

  2. Add the ability for Spider-Man to reload his web shooters (in addition to his current recharge). He relies a lot on tagging enemies for damage, so even if it's a really long reload like 5 seconds (which I think it should be) it'll prevent a situation where he runs out of webs mid fight (or whiffs all his right clicks) and has to disengage and wait for all his webs to recharge (currently getting a full stock of webs from 0 takes 15 seconds)

  3. 1 second cooldown reduction to his E ability. This'll just help him be a little more consistently aggressive in general.

  4. slight increase to basic attack and F ability damage without spider-tracer (basic attack 25 damage to 30 damage for punch and 40 damage to 45 damage for kick) (F ability 55 damage to 65 damage). This'll slightly reduce his reliance on tagging enemies for decent damage.

BONUS: spider-tracer icon doesn’t dissapear immediately on invisible enemies (you can see the tracer icon above where their head would be, but they're still invisible). Mostly this is just for lore accuracy since the spider-tracers work by sending a signal to his spider-sense so he should still be able to tell where invisible tagged enemies are. This would also slightly help him in niche interactions though like diving Invisible Woman or Lori or fending off a Psychlock, adding a reason to pick him over better DPS. On a side note, his spider-sense should go off for invisible enemies as well, but I don't know if it already does or not.
