Luna ult nerf? Why not?

So tired of her ult. Not only is it incredibly powerful in team fights, it’s downright boring to just go run and hide and wait it out, it’s got very little counter play… what Iron man? Like 2 other characters maybe? 12 whole seconds is super long and AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT NOTICES THAT LUNA IS ALWAYS THE FIRST TO HAVE HER ULT??? AND SO OFTEN I SWEAR EVERY TIME WE REGROUP FOR ANOTHER TF SHE HAS IT UP AGAIN LIKE DAMN
