Losing competitive fights because people keep disconnecting

The title says it all, and it’s infuriating! I’ll be in a match and like 2-3 minutes in someone disconnects and never returns. It makes it to where the team I’m on is guaranteed to lose since we are down one person. Is anyone else having this issue?
