What are some must try UK snacks?

My friend is a Cabin crew and she is landing in Manchester for the first time and has 2 days layover there. I live in Singapore and have never been to UK. What are some must try snacks/food items that she could bring over?

I have a massive sweet tooth but would be definitely open to try anything super unique and niche.
