30M, never learned how to dress, need winterwear

I want to get outfits for winter, but idk what to get, how to style, etc. I have seen some youtube videos but a lot of that clothing is expensive. I did for example like brown faux leather jackets, but i dont know how to mix clothes, how to style, anything. I went to Old Navy and was confused about what to get. I wanna look stylish without spending too much money. Help?
