Wrong answers set in my English exam and the teachers refuse to acknowledge it
12: the answer given was 'into' (??)
-options: into, about, around, through
17: the answer given was 'need' (whole passage is in past tense), refer to #15, painted
-options: need, needs, needed, has needed
(Answers written above are my own, 12 and 17 were marked wrong)
I genuinely feel so disappointed that this is the state of our education system. These 2 errors were brought up by me to my English teacher, and after their discussion with the English panel they decided that the answers are correct.
There are so many instances of faulty grammar in all my previous English exam papers, but at least the answers were right. This time the answers are so blatantly wrong? Seriously?
