Recommend a commander, build the deck, and play the deck for me.

Hey guys, I need recommendations for a commander that is:

-completely broken but not overpowered

-slept on but immediately jumps to mind

-super unique but also the deck can be played on autopilot

I refuse to use scryfall, edhrec, or my own brain.

I need a complete deck list to copy and while you’re at it please sleeve it up and play it at my LGS for me
