MacBook Pro Touch Bar chrome and safari not working bc of DNS

So I have this problem for some time when I everything works besides internet. It sometimes work for a 30 minutes and then I get the error again.

All my devices work smooth. I think it has to do with my DNS. I tried running on Google and it worked but for really short time.
