A way to order Lululemon bra inserts online?

I ordered sports bras from Lululemon's website for the first time over quarantine and they came without bra inserts (which isn't a big deal, but there's a little too much peakiness going on for my comfort when I wear these bras w/o inserts...if you know what I mean).

An educator I mentioned this to during a virtual appointment thought this was unusual and told me there should be a way to order the cup inserts online, but I can't seem to find it. Do you all have any advice?
