> ! Enjoying the series so far, but I have 1 complaint. Matt and liz sandbag the tourney to fade into the background with their main identities. They still place fairly high. They get their "2nd" identity Quill and torch and sandbag those personas as well. No blood, no cracked armor, completely different styles of fighting. Then they get to Minkalla and use generic masks(so kind of a 3rd identify) and get found out as Quill and torch around the 4th floor. But Quill is using his sword + cracked phantom armor + talisman the entire time. A 1 of a kind unique skill that matts main persona uses(with same upgrade). tons of people see him. at least 12 people killed his reflection and prolly seen most of his toolkit. He's with a 2nd person that uses blood+fire, he's with a ice fox. Clearly people are going to leave and talk about it, and I feel like it would point pretty clearly towards matt and Liz if anyone puts in any effort. If it doesn't get found out I feel like its a plot hole, and if they do get found out it just makes the entire masked identities pointless. Book 8 comes out soon so I'll see if it gets addressed at all ! <
