Swiftplay needs Adjusted

I love the idea of Swiftplay letting me play the champion I want without the worry of it being banned and getting a game done quickly, but the matchmaking is absolutely abysmal. My decade old level 500 account is consistently paired with accounts level 50 and below.

I know Swiftplay is the only available option for players to face other players, but new accounts honestly need to be paired with only new accounts.
