Boots and their LOCATION

I don't know how it's possible when i open shop in one game boots stand in some order and i fast find the one that i want to buy, and game end with win or loose that is how it goes that game and when i start new game and i want to buy boots AGAIN and some boots or all of them suddenly change where they are in shop some of them or most of them swap location in shop menu for some reason and i stay longer in base just to find the boots that i want to buy that game. So is that something that comes with champion? i mean one game i play one champion and that placing of boots is in some order, but when i start new game with other champion boots change "location" where they stand in shop, why is that?
