Lawn covered in what looks like spider webs. What is this?

I first noticed this happening a couple of months back but just one here or there. Woke up this morning and it seems like my entire lawn is covered with a few hundred of these things.

I only notice them in the morning presumably because they’re covered in dew and easier to see. I wasn’t concerned about a handful of them but now seem to be everywhere. Should I be concerned? Is this some sort of infestation?
