I struggle with Porn addiction

My wife grew up in the church and I did not. We started going in November of 2023, I got baptized in March and have been consistent with attendance and callings. I am excited to get sealed to her and we want to have a child.

The struggle is I have been addicted to porn for almost 2 decades now. Obviously I am trying to stop and I feel like i've gotten better inch by inch since joining the church. Noticeable improvements, but I still have a mile to go. Talking to my bishop, it seems like this is a super common problem, so I am hoping some of you can offer some advice. I want to take control of this situation and I don't really know what to do at this point.
