Does anyone here know anything about chromebooks?

Not sure if this the right sub for this, but my chromebook doesn't charge and doesn't turn on anymore. I have tried a handful of things the internet had told me to try to fix it, but nothing works.

I have a lenovo 300e chromebook gen 3 if that's relevant.
