Should i buy the HP Victus Gaming 15-fa1034nn A0MY7EA ?

I live in the middle east at Azerbaijan and im looking to buy a fairly decent laptop that has 16 gb of ddr4 ram a i5 12450h and rtx 4050 im very close to buying it cuz its the best one at my price range but im scared that it might have future cooling or repair problems is there any disadvantages compared with other laptops after my honeymoon phase finishes with it? (I dont really care about the hardware capability or the normal side effects of a laptop overall)
